The scope of services will be defined in the agreement or contract signed between innovativeX and the client. The client is responsible for reviewing and understanding the scope of services before engaging us.
The client agrees to pay the fees as specified in the agreement. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the agreement may result in additional charges.
Both the client and innovativeX reserve the right to terminate the service engagement under the conditions specified in the agreement.
innovativeX and the client acknowledge the need to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the service engagement. Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
innovativeX retains all intellectual property rights associated with the services provided, including but not limited to software, content, and methodologies.
The client is or can be granted a full or limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use such intellectual property for the purpose outlined in the agreement.
innovativeX will handle client data in compliance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws. The client agrees to provide any necessary consents for the collection and processing of data as required by law.
innovativeX's liability for any claims arising during the warranty period from the service engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client.
We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may modify or update these Terms at our discretion. The client will be notified of any material changes, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
The "$0 monthly hosting" or "free hosting forever" offer refers to the deployment and hosting of your static website on Vercel's free Hobby plan (vercel.com/pricing). innovativeX PTY LTD does not charge any markup or management fee for this hosting arrangement.

If your business outgrows the free Hobby plan, you can upgrade directly with Vercel to a paid Pro plan. innovativeX can assist with this migration for a separate fee, agreed upon in writing. You are never locked into a paid plan with innovativeX.
innovativeX receives no commission, referral fees, or any other benefit from Vercel for using their free plan. The offer is genuinely $0/month for hosting.
